Caroline has over 10 years’ working experience as a Performance management officer, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) specialist with USAIP Projects and the United Nations. With extensive experience in designing monitoring and evaluation systems. From developing monitoring & evaluation plans, managing project evaluations, training in M&E Modules, managing surveys and studies, developing project indicators, developing data collection tools, carrying data quality assessments, project reporting, data analysis, developing learning agenda and project management. Experience working with Contracts for USAID/Uganda under Uganda Monitoring and Evaluation Management Services (UMEMS) Project, Monitoring and Evaluation Management Services (MEMS) Project and Commodity Production and Marketing Activity under the Feed the Future programme, and under UN specifically with World Food Programme.

Juliet Kasanya is an agriculture insurance expert with over 15 years of experience specializing in risk management, crop/livestock insurance, insurance underwriting and agriculture insurance solutions tailored for the agricultural sector.
She has worked extensively with both small holder farms and large-scale enterprises.
Expertise includes designing innovative insurance products, assessing climate-related risks, and advising on policies for farmers, agribusinesses, and government programs, known for a deep understanding of agriculture and insurance as well as – helping stakeholders mitigate financial risks in the face of changing environmental and market conditions.
Juliet is among the technical working committee that lobbied for the government subsidy in 2016.
Her expertise include:
- Risk Assessment: Developing custom risk models based on weather patterns and crop cycles
- Policy Design & Management: Crafting insurance policies that safeguard farmers and agribusinesses against financial loss.

- Ronald is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, boasting over 18 years of experience across Uganda and the East African region. His impressive career includes tenures at renowned international brands such as UAP-Old Mutual and Britam Kenya, where he specialized in strategic and operational management.
- In addition to his corporate experience, Ronald has collaborated with consulting firms like Summit Consulting and Crow Harth International, providing expertise in risk management, insurance, and internal audits.
- He has also served as a facilitator with the Insurance Institute of Uganda for over eight years, leading various educational programs. As the co-founder and team leader of Sky Risk Innovations, Ronald is dedicated to fostering a culture that empowers clients to implement sustainable practices, aligning with their long-term financial and operational goals.
- Currently, he serves as the CEO and Director of Sky Reinsurance Brokers, which operates in Uganda and Tanzania, offering diverse alternative risk solutions with a focus on reinsurance across Uganda, East Africa, and Dubai.
- Ronald is also a board member of Case Med Care, a company specializing in medical insurance. His extensive training and consultancy experience includes projects with Grand Micro-insurance Ltd and Gold Star Insurance Uganda Ltd.
- He has presented at conferences and provided training on essential topics such as cyber insurance and risk management. Ronald is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute in the UK and the Insurance Institute of Uganda, reflecting his commitment to professional development in the field.

Claire Ayesiga is a qualified Chartered Insurance Professional (ACII) with extensive experience in both personal and commercial insurance solutions for small, medium, and large enterprises. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Services) degree from Makerere University and an Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), London.
Claire has also received international training in General Insurance at the National Insurance Academy (NIA) in Pune, India.
With 11 years of professional experience at UAP Old Mutual Insurance, Claire has developed strong expertise across key insurance functions including claims management, underwriting, risk management, and reinsurance.
